Pre-registration for the conference is required. Walk-in participants are not accepted.

Confirmation of registration is only upon receipt of the listed fees in full by the SEAPAVAA Secretariat for overseas registrants and by the Film Archive (Organization) for local registrants.

The conference fee INCLUDES access to all sessions of the two-day symposium, trade show, Archival Gems Screening, ASEAN Restored Film Screening, institutional visits, welcome and farewell dinners, and excursion. Registrants will also receive conference kits and materials and will be provided lunch and coffee breaks during the two-day symposium.

The conference fee EXCLUDES the workshops.

Acceptance of registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The workshop fee is PER workshop and INCLUDES workshop materials, lunch and coffee breaks.

About the Songkran Festival

The Songkran Festival is Thailand’s New Year Festival which is derived from Sanskrit and means “Astrological Passage”. The festival is known for its highlight – the throwing of water – which turns Thailand’s streets into a “celebratory war zone”.
