    TheĀ 21stĀ SEAPAVAA Conference to be held in Manila, Philippines from the 3rd to the 8th April 2017. The conference is jointly hosted by University of the Philippines School of Library and Information Studies (UPSLIS) together with the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) in partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) and ABS-CBN.
